Discovering and promoting young talented players and coaches is one of the principal aims of the management company. We provide a opportunities and a pathway to maximise their potential in the football industry
I was born in the Northern Territory of Australia and was scouted by the legendary Everton player Mike Trebilcock. At his urging I initially trialled at his former club where I cut my teeth metaphorically and began my professional soccer career. My managerial and business acumen was wetted and honed running my fathers’ building company. From humble beginnings I have been able to grow the company into one of the leading construction agencies in our region and currently develop in Melbourne, VIC.
This was a platform for me to create a private soccer academy in Australia, conducting training programmes and camps Australia wide. We would invite high profile coaches and players to run these training camps. We also instigated on going mentoring programmes to tutor young up coming players. Concurrently we also conducted yearly tours to Europe and Asia for different age groups to expose the talent we had groomed, showcasing our players to overseas agents and clubs.
This transformed me into one of the most successful Australian and Greek football agents. I grew from developing junior players, to managing them, and then transferring high profile football players and coaches across the world. Players include Henry Camara of Senegal, Charles Itandje of Cameroon, George Boatang of Holland, Wilson Oruma of Nigeria, Wayne Thomas from the UK, George Donis of Greece and many more.
My experience as a businessman, coach and agent has given me the ability to run clubs at all levels and transform them into very organised and efficient entities. This is based on sound fundamentals and a drive to ensure we reach our mission statements. The mission statements lay the foundation for clearly defined objectives with short and long term goals.
